Car Balancing.

On some cars (TOP PHOTON) you can turn both diffs 180 degrees so the pulleys as you look from the front of the car to the back of the car are on the left and on the right. You then have moved the front belt over to the lipo side of the car so you can mount your electrics a lot closer to the centre of the chassis and not have to have the lipo hanging out of the side of the car!!! This means lees wieght needs to be added to the lipo side of the car and you can still use your fan.

Please note you can only do this on a few cars and will have to check to see if it is possible on yours, make sure you layshaft pulley has the same number of teeth on both fr and rr belt sides.

Another tip for checking that your car is balanced is to (if you have pre drilled centre holes on your shock towers) use a piece of cotton or fishing line through both holes and suspend the car on screw drivers, then lower down to your set up board and check by eye that all 4 wheels touch the board at the same time.
