The weight limit for the STCC 2009 is now 1450, not so bad if you are running lipos as this is easy to get the weight down but dont forget to re-balance your car. I think I'll have to move my transponder and reciever to the battery side to even the weight up. I think some of those still using nimh's will stuggle a bit with some cars, I know I would as our cars are very close to limit for me with nimhs and brushless and danis with BL and nimhs is 65g's over weight. We popped down to SRCCC yesterday to watch a bit of racing and see some friends. The weather was very nice and a lot warmer than it was last year at Round 1 of the STCC which is always at Southend. They had a good turn out of drivers even if a few were missing due to the prospect of rain and a few with hangovers lol.
